Resilience Course - Mind Halton

Mind Halton's wellbeing course Build on Your Resilience will be starting at the Catalyst Museum on Tuesday 22 June 2021 between 12.00 noon and 3.00pm until Tuesday 20 July 2021.  During this five week wellbeing course participants will have the opportunity to explore and better understand what Resilience is and identify strategies to improve their ability to work through and recover from challenges and difficulty.

Week 1: Exploring Resilience and what does it mean  
Week 2: Thinking Well and challenging negative thoughts
Week 3: Thinking Well and challenging negative thoughts
Week 4: Personal Asset Building & Goal Planning
Week 5: Effective Communication & Being Heard

Once again the programme will be run in partnership with Catalysts’ educational team linking science and technology activities to the weekly themes.  Here are some comments from the last Wellbeing Course
