Next round of Lloyds Charity Response Forums and the upcoming Skills Exchange

The next round of Charity Response Forums and the upcoming Skills Exchange from Lloyds Bank Foundation is taking place this autumn

A Charity Response Forum (which is held online) offers a space for a broad and wide-ranging discussion about the issues you’re tackling with a small team of staff drawn from across Lloyds Banking Group. Your forum members will apply their various skills, experience, insights, and perspectives to help you think through issues, test your thinking, and generate ideas.  Lloyds colleagues’ skills aren’t limited to finance; they bring a range of experience including risk management, project management, digital, leadership, managing teams and communications.

Do you need help to tackle a challenge or to pursue an uptapped opportunity, this is where the Skills Exchange could help.

A Skills Exchange will pair your charity with a small team of Lloyds Bank colleagues. Your Support Team will use its skills, knowledge, and insights to help you tackle a thorny problem or realise an untapped opportunity.  You’ll receive dedicated support over a 6-month period from your Support Team; typically, via several virtual support sessions with contact in between. Together with your Support Team, you’ll agree how best to apply the support.
