What you may need to know:
Covid-19: where to get help and how to avoid being scammed
Halton Trading Standards have produced a comprehensive document giving guidance on where to get help and avoid being scammed click here to access the document.
The guidance contains information on:
- how to get help – promotes the new council hotline and the Halton and St. Helen’s VCA portal for volunteers
- how to avoid being scammed
- Covid-19 scams that we are already aware of
- advice on looking after your mental well-being
- national and local advice and support organisations.
The following document has been created to help raise awareness around how the Coronavirus can potentially impact the third sector organisations in the Liverpool City Region. We hope this will help fill in any gaps from national advice which has been focused more towards businesses and an individuals health with little specific information for small and relatively informal third sector organisations.
Detailed information on impacts to download - updated March 17th 2020
You can also download the following document for advice and support on issues relating to HR and sickpay guidance - with thanks to Simon from Ariadne Associates who has provided his contact details in the event you need to seek advice.
