COVID-19: hotel accommodation to support key workers and vulnerable people:

Letter regarding the exemption for hotels, hostels and B&Bs to open so they can offer accommodation to key workers and support rough sleepers to keep them off the streets and in suitable accommodation.  Click here

DBS Checks  

Lincolnshire CVS have shared information that DBS checks are now able to be completed entirely online, you can see the new guidance here.

St Helens and District Diabetes Support Group

In view if the coronavirus situation, we have had to cancel our next 2 meetings on.

  • Wed 6th May

They hope that they will be able to hold their June meeting as planned, which would be on Wed 3rd June at the URC when  Prof Kevin Hardy is programmed to talk to about “New Treatments for Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes”.  However further details will be available nearer the time, please go to or phone 0151 480 0821.
