Small Charities Week 

Day 2            Big Advice Day 

If you are a small charity it’s important you get access to the right support and advice. If you’re in Halton or St Helens you can start with us at Halton & St Helens VCA. ACAS information on Working safely during coronavirus

ACAS have new guidance to help those who may be beginning to return or are now planning on returning to work in accordance with government advice. This includes guidance for how to start the discussion, what fears people might have and where they can go to get more help and advice. Check the website for the following information:

Focus Employment Hub Ltd - Radio Show and Podcast Launching Soon

Focus Employment Hub Ltd will be launching and presenting their podcast and radio programme soon. The programme and podcast will be focusing on equality and diversity issues and the whole community. They would like to hear from individuals, groups and organisations, who may wish to provide content or guest speakers. Halton Borough Council Adult Learning

The Centres are currently closed but the Adult Learning Team are still taking enquiries for September 2020 If you would like to improve your maths, English or IT, learn a new skill or retrain for a new career, they are here to help. They have lots of courses including some new online wellbeing and craft courses so if you are interested, please get in touch with the Learner Services team

We have been asking that if you are delivering services and interventions in direct response to the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic you would share your data so we could bring it all together to demonstrate the work of the sector to our local partners and decision makers.  As we move to a new phase in the COVID-19 crisis we will no long be collecting data but have produced a final infographic consisting of all data for each borough during April to June click here
