Small Charities Week 2020 - 15th to 20th June 

Small Charity Week is focused on celebrating and raising awareness of the essential work of small charities and the contribution they make to the lives of millions of individuals, communities and causes across the UK and around the world. This year's Small Charity Week runs from 15 - 20 June 2020.

Day 1            I Love Small Charities

Small charities are amazing! About 97% of all charities are small. We know they matter and we want everyone to know how much they matter too! Using the hashtag #smallcharitiesweek #welovesmallcharities tell us about your favourite local small charity and why you love them.

 

VS6’s VCFSE Sector Assembly on Mental Health

The VS6 partnership would like to invite you to attend VS6’s VCFSE Sector Assembly on Mental Health. This event will give you the opportunity to share your views on the issues facing mental health service users and support organisations at this time, and help shape a Liverpool City Region wide response to these issues.

The event is scheduled to take place via Zoom on Wednesday 1st July from 1pm to 3pm. Please note, it’s necessary to register for this event in advance and places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

We have been asking that if you are delivering services and interventions in direct response to the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic then we would welcome you to share your data on a weekly basis so we can bring it all together to demonstrate the work of the sector to our local partners and decision makers click here 

As we move to a new phase in the COVID-19 crisis we will no long be collecting data but have produced a final infographic consisting of all data for each borough during April to June click here

Coronavirus Funding update from Halton Borough Council 8th June 2020

Click here for the Latest coronavirus funding bulletin from the External Funding Team at Halton Borough Council dated dated 8th June 2020.  Email funding@halton.gov.uk to sign up to recieve bulletin updates directly to your inbox.  The External Funding Team is available to offer free bid-writing support to any Halton organisation that wishes to bid for emergency funding.
