VCFSE Workforce Resilience Survey

The aim of this survey is to understand the impact of the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) workforce, on supporting people in mental health crisis.

The 2023 State of the Sector report demonstrates that over 30% of the VCFSE are focused on delivery in wellbeing, health and social care. In addition, the sector is seeing an increasing demand on their services. For this reason, it’s important that the VCFSE workforce, including volunteers have the skills and confidence to be able to support people in crisis, the best way possible, whilst ensuring their mental wellbeing and resilience is at the forefront.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and all responses will be collated by VSNW.

The deadline for responses is 17th April 2025.
