NHS Talking Therapies offers free NHS therapy for people with common mental health problems like anxiety or depression, to help you change the way you feel by changing the way you think.

When you have your first assessment appointment with a member of the team, you will have plenty of time to talk through the treatment options in more detail to help you decide which one is right for you.

Most people find that online therapy or a wellbeing course is all they need to feel better, but if you still need extra help after completing these, they will then discuss further options that may be available to you.

The easy to access, flexible therapy options are designed to suit your lifestyle.

Halton Borough Council, Halton SEND Parent Carer Forum and NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board are seeking the views of children, young people and their families on their experience of Halton SEND services across Education, Health and Social Care. 

This is an ideal opportunity for children, young people and their families to provide feedback on the services they have received.   This information will ensure that all partners working together across the local area can utilise this feedback for the improvements being introduced and developed for SEND services in Halton.

In this workshop you’ll learn how to use iPads to capture stunning images and transform them with basic digital editing techniques like filters, cropping, and more.

This workshop is for adults aged 19+ in Halton or Merseyside who don’t have a maths GCSE at grade C (Grade 4) or above.

A new express service between Runcorn (Windmill Hill) and Liverpool numbered X4 will be introduced on Monday 16 December 2024.

The new service, operated by Arriva and funded by the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority will run hourly Monday to Saturday,.

The Community Engagement Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with the local community (including Developing RLRS Volunteering offer and events programme), build partnerships, and enhance RLRS’s presence (both physical and online) and reputation.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of community dynamics, and a passion for making a positive impact.

John Moores Foundation is a grant-making trust that gives money to community groups. It concentrates on funding projects based in Merseyside and Northern Ireland.
