Crime Prevention Fund

Organisations which help to reduce crime and protect communities in Merseyside are being invited to apply for a share of a fund aimed at helping to build stronger, safer communities. New Course: Sexual Abuse Training

Celebrate Willowbrook’s 20 Years In Style

Willowbrook Hospice is inviting local people to join them for their Anniversary Dinner on 27 October at St Helens Town Hall. The event, which is part of the hospice’s 20th anniversary of caring for people across St Helens and Knowsley, promises to be a fabulous evening with delicious food, brilliant live entertainment and great prizes in the silent auction and raffle. Free Sewing Courses

As part of the Well Halton Programme, they have been supporting a new social enterprise, Sewing Rooms Halton. It is based upon a successful model from Skelmersdale, which is being adapted for Halton by local seamstress and community worker, Victoria Begg.
