Understanding Your Legal Structure

As part of our Essential Funding & Finance Skills Programme this workshop will provide delegates with an overview of their legal responsibilities based on their organisations legal structure. Ideal for anyone that has recently become a Director, Trustee or Committee Member to help with making sense of the next steps in managing their organisation.

 

During this session delegates will be given an overview of legal structures and an introduction to the Charity Commission and Companies House and how they impact on your organisations governance. Delegates will have the opportunity to ask questions and action plan for their next steps to help with understanding their organisations legal structure and continue to develop best practice in their governance.
