This half day session will explore the key areas of good practice in Volunteer Management, and how to provide a good volunteering experience within your organisation.

We will explore: 

• the purpose of engaging volunteers; 
• the needs of policies and procedures in creating a safe and enjoyable volunteering programme

At the end of the session - we will identify areas of volunteer management learning you would like to focus on future workshops.
