Redesigning your opportunities to meet the new ‘normal’ is taking place on Tuesday 16th March 2021 at 10am however, due to COVID-19  we will be conducting it online using Zoom (requires internet access only) 

Returning to activities and roles after a period of difficult circumstances can be hard to do especially when there are still some restrictions in place. The way an organization meets the needs of its community and volunteers may have to be redesigned. We will explore: 
 
Current opportunities – what outcomes did they achieve, are the outcomes the same or different? 
What can we change in an opportunity to meet those outcomes? 
How will changes work in practice?  
What processes, learning will be needed to ensure a smooth transition? 
How to bring all involved on board? 
 
At the end of the session participants will: 

  1.  Understand how to change opportunities to meet new outcomes 
  2. Know how to begin re-designing opportunities to meet changing circumstances 
  3. Understand how to ensure that everyone in the organisation fully understands the changes and are on board 
  4. Be able to create an action plan that can be used to start the process
