Using and exploring the Volunteer Portal

Using and exploring the Volunteer Portal is taking place on Thursday 10th December at 10am however, due to COVID-19  we will be conducting it online using Zoom (requires internet access only) 

Introducing our new Volunteer Engagement and Management tool and how it can support not only recruiting new volunteers for your opportunities. 
 
This session will explain how it can be used to promote volunteering, manage both the opportunity and volunteer information and how you can communicate with your volunteer cohort quickly and efficiently. 
 
By the end of the session participants should know: 

1.    The difference between opportunities that have joining or applying criteria 
2.    The difference between flexible / sessional / one off opportunities. 
3.    How to upload a new opportunity 
4.    How to communicate with your volunteers generally / with volunteers on a specific opportunity.
