St Helens LINk

St Helens LINk (Local Involvement Network) has been set up to give people a greater say in health and adult social care services.

It is only by listening and responding to people’s views that these services can better meet local needs. We work closely with service providers in planning, developing and delivering services but we are independent from the Council and NHS. The three areas LINk is looking at Better access to quality information, Staff attitudes, particularly in GP practices and better quality of care, particularly hygiene in hospitals.

There are several ways to get involved in St Helens LINk, including becoming a member, receiving regular information, giving your views at a meeting of filling in a survey.

LINk members can sign up to receive monthly e-bulletins containing information on local events, training and consultations. However, you do not need to be a member to have a say and the amount of time you give to LINk is up to you.
