Review of UnderOneRoof – Your Views

As you may be aware, UnderOneRoof is the local choice based letting scheme. Established in 2006 and partially reviewed in 2008, the scheme is now due for a more fundamental review. As an identified stakeholder in the scheme, your views can directly influence this process.

Attached is a questionnaire designed to gain your perspective on the following:-

(a) The administration of UnderOneRoof
(b) The Allocations Policy Review
(c) The impact of UnderOneRoof

The questionnaire responses will form one strand of the overall consultation that we are undertaking. There are focus groups planned for existing Housing Association tenants, members of UnderOneRoof and elected members. The review is due to be completed by September 2010 and a revised Allocations Policy will be produced for your comments by October 2010.
