Need Facts and Figures about St Helens and Its Communities?
A new free resource is now available to all community and voluntary groups within the Borough. 'SHARE' is a website based local information system developed by the Council to provide a wide range of facts and figures about the Borough and its neighbourhoods.
The site allows users to build up a rich picture of St Helens by providing quick and easy access to data and intelligence in the form of graphs, tables, reports and maps. It contains information on a wide range of themes from population to health, children and young people, to economy and employment.. Data is also available at different geographies, for St Helens as a whole, at ward level and for smaller neighbourhoods. The site is continually being updated with more and more information being added.
The information on the website has many potential uses and has been developed as a resource for anyone who is interested in facts and figures about St Helens. The Council hopes it will be of particular value to community groups in bidding for funding or grant aid, when the type of information held on SHARE is frequently requested during the application process.
Help and guidance is available on the site and there are contact details available on the home page if further support is needed or people wish to give feedback.
The site can be found at the following address, why not take a look http://share.sthelens.gov.uk/IAS
