Halton Nightstop Mediation Service

The aim of the Halton Nightstop Mediation Service is to prevent youth homelessness, within Halton.

This can be done by providing mediation to families whose relationship has become chaotic, but where the relationship breakdown has not yet resulted in a young person becoming homeless.

Families whose relationship breakdown has already led to the young person becoming homeless can also access the Mediation Service to encourage the young person to return home.

The Halton Nightstop Mediation Service works with vulnerable young people aged 16 – 25 and their families.
