From Management Development to Project Planning, Team Building, Safeguarding and many other topics, our experienced training team can help you to identify the training and development needs your organisation may have, and then design and deliver training to meet those needs. Where appropriate our Funding Advice and Information Officer can also help you to identify and apply for funding to put your training plans in place.
All our training and development opportunities are delivered in a fun, relaxed and informal atmosphere, and are highly interactive. Delegates are given the opportunity to develop their learning and understanding through course exercises and case studies designed around their particular type of work to ‘make it real’ and reinforce learning. In addition, we are very flexible in the delivery of the training and can arrange venues and times to suit your organisation.
Our prices are highly competitive, and include detailed discussions to ensure the programme meets your specific needs; course design and delivery; course materials and comprehensive course handouts for each delegate; training administration support, including pre-course administration, copies of the exercise work completed during the training and attendance certificates on completion of the course; and an evaluation report of the training once completed
