Essential expertise

Significant or senior level leadership experience in one or both of the following areas:

Clinical expertise gained from medical, nursing or allied disciplines, or alternatively experience within an academic, research, or a regulatory focused field.

Voluntary, community, commissioning, primary, managed clinical, care services or not for profit experience, for example experience of regeneration, community development or service provision for disadvantaged groups.

Please note: Current NHS employees/contractors and practicing professional including practicing GPs, General Dental practitioners and their employees are not eligible for consideration.

You will need to demonstrate a range of competencies required to contribute effectively at board level including strategic thinking, team working and excellent communication skills.

Preference will be given to candidates living in Central and Eastern Cheshire. Applications are particularly welcome from those who live in the Congleton, Northwich, Crewe and Winsford areas, as these are currently un-represented on the Board.
