St Helens LINk , Halton LINk and the LISTEN team have come together to work on gathering people's views about their local Pharamcy services for Halton and St Helens PCT and we need your help.

A survey is to be conducted over the next six weeks. St Helens CVS, Halton Voluntary Action and LINk members will receive a copy of the survey questionnaire over the next week, either by email or through the post and they will be asked to engage their members in completing the form. 

Both LINk members and the LISTEN teeam will be out and about with the survey, so look out for them!
