Capacity Building
Provides organisations in the voluntary sector with a “health check”. This enables our capacity team to ascertain which areas of the organisation need improving and support is then offered to make the required changes. We can offer support in a wide variety of areas, such as funding, marketing, partnership building, conflict resolution and governance.

Localgiving.com is a not-for-profit organisation helping small, local charities and community groups to reach more supporters, raise more money and help more people. They believe just because you’re small doesn’t mean you can’t make a big impact so can help you gain the online presence and voice you so truly deserve. They host regular free fundraising workshops throughout Merseyside and Lancashire. Merseyside Funding Information Portal is an online resource that will give you all you need to know about funding your charitable or community work, whether you are an individual, community group, voluntary organisation, registered charity or social enterprise. In addition, information and support in tendering and procurement related opportunities for voluntary bodies is now offered through this portal.
Funding Central is a free smart website for all third sector organisations, including community groups, providing access to thousands of funding and finance opportunities, plus a wealth of tools and resources supporting organisations to develop sustainable income strategies appropriate to their needs.
