Veterans Stress Awareness Course

 Do you work with or are you a Veteran?

Are they/you experiencing difficulties with Low mood, Anxiety, Substance misuse, Anger or PTSD?

If so, the Self Help Services course can help...

The Veterans Stress Awareness Course is a 6 session structured course allowing participants to meet other Veterans with similar issues. The course helps to raise awareness of emotional wellbeing, and teach practical skills to help progress towards recovery.

The course is delivered jointly by a Veteran and a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. The Veterans Stress Awareness Course is delivered by Self Help Services and funded by IAPT North West.

The course begins Wednesday 23rd November and runs 6:30pm – 8:30pm at Millennium Centre, Corporation Street, St Helens, WA10 1HJ - Places are still available.

Dates of the course are: 23rd November, 30th November, 7th December, 14th December, 4th January and 12th January. Please note that the final session on 12th January will be a Thursday.
