St Helens Wellbeing Week
St Helens Wellbeing Week takes place this year between the 14th and 20th May, and there’s over 70 fun, free and exciting events taking place across the whole borough, all related to health and wellbeing.
Wellbeing is more than just physical health, it’s about your relationships with other people, learning and trying new things, giving back to other people and taking notice of the world around you. Wellbeing Week provides you with plenty of opportunities to get out, try new things and meet new people.
