Link Up & Learn

Following the sell-out success of last year’s events, the Small Charities Coalition would like to invite you to the Link Up & Learn Liverpool event on Tuesday 22 May 2012. They are bringing their own mix of skills sharing, information and networking to small charities - all for only £20 per person.

It will be a packed day of practical workshops covering a diverse range of subjects such as fundraising, communications and business planning delivered by the likes of Institute of Fundraising and Media Trust, with a host other interesting ways for you to gain new skills, new insights and new contacts.

There will be a number of lunchtime briefings including an update and Q&A from the Charity Commission and an Impact Principles session from the Charity Finance Group, as well as workshop leaders exhibiting the organisations they represent. They will also allow a good chunk of time to link up and network with your fellow small charities.

On the evening before the main event, on Monday 21 May 2012, they are hosting the launch of the Code of Good Governance website. There will be drinks, presentations and plenty of opportunities to network with other small charities, members of the Code's steering group and the Small Charities Coalition team.

Tickets for the evening event are only £10 per person, or to attend both the evening and day events you can purchase a combi-ticket for only £25.
