Introduction to Running a Voluntary Organisation Workshop Part 1: Structures and Roles
This one day workshop will give delegates the opportunity to identify and explore their organisation's key aim's and objectives. Using their own organisation's governing document, delegates will explore the purpose and identify key points of a constitution. This session is a good introduction for new staff and volunteers who want to gain an understanding of the different organisational structures and to explore the rights, roles and responsibilities of committee members and officers and the key functions and powers of a committee.
